Dalgakiran EBHP Series

Dalgakiran EBHP liquid cooling units are delivered to the warehouse or installation site fully assembled and ready for use. The capacity range of the compact liquid chillers of the EBHP series ranges from 51.2 kW to 413.8 kW.
Compressor. Depending on the refrigerating capacity, each unit is equipped with one or two semi-hermetic reciprocating compressors. Convenient location of compressors allows for easy servicing.
Condenser. The air condenser is made of copper tubes with aluminum fins. Axial fans with direct drive provide high performance and low levels of noise.
Evaporator. The shell-tube evaporator is made of special copper tubes rolled into steel tube sheets. This design makes it possible to service and flush the removable block of pipes.
Electrical control panel. The electrical panel is equipped with the necessary number of contactors, fuses and switches. It is connected according to the EN 60204-1 standard. Power supply 3ph/ 400V/ 50Hz.
Microprocessor. Microprocessor control system is used to control the operation of units. The digital panel displays all the necessary data, such as the temperature of the inbound and outbound liquid, the pressure of the refrigerant in the suction and discharge lines, overheating, compressor operating time, all system errors, the history of all failures. Moreover, the microprocessor automatically regulates the operation of each compressor, ensuring efficient operation of the whole unit.
Refrigeration circuit components. For automatic operation of the unit, a thermostatic expansion valve, a solenoid valve, a filter drier, a sight glass, check valves, a pressure switch, and a flow switch are used.

General Information

1 or 2 pieces semi-hermetic reciprocating compressors are used according to capacity. Ability to reach and apply maintenance to each part of compressor is provided. Required power supply is 3 ph – 400 Volt – 50 Hz.

Air cooled condensers are manufactured by copper pipes and aluminum fins. High efficient axial fan which is directly coupled with motor is mounted on the device to provide condensation of the refrigerant.

Manufactured in Shell&Tube form and special high efficient copper pipes by the way of fixing to grooved steel tubesheet holes with tube expander method. It’s allowed to maintenance and clean up because of the removable tube bundle.

Equipped with enough number of contactors, thermics, fuses and on-off switchs so as to operate the machine full automatically. Required power supply is 3 ph – 400 Volt – 50 Hz.

Microprocessor control system is used on the device. By means of this entering and leaving water temperatures, operating times of compressors and all faults occured on the system can be seen on the digital screen and also capacity control can be made easily. The operating times of each compressor is balanced automatically and optimum efficient operation of the device is provided.

For the machine to operate automatically and securely; drier filter, sight glass, thermostatic expansion valve,solenoid valve, low-high pressure switch, water flow-switch, liquid shut-off valves, discharging valves for water and air are included.
